Friday Night Fun

My daughter and I had some Friday night fun together making these treat bags. I am not typically a big fan of kits, but this made crafting with my ten year old extremely enjoyable. And honestly, even if I would have been crafting solo, this kit would have been perfect.

This is the Cut Above Holiday Treat Bag Kit (Z2057). I used the Sweet Salutations stamp set (B1466) to stamp the circles. You can find this kit on my website at www.jenzimmerman.ctmh.com. I used Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses but you can use any flat bottom candy you'd like.

Halloween Goodies

Fall is my favorite season by far.  It is such a beautiful time of year in Wisconsin.  Our leaves turn amazing hues of reds, oranges and yellows.  Then there are hayrides, caramel apples, pumpkin patches and of course Halloween.  So many good things in Autumn.  

Close To My Heart has some super cute stamp sets for making goodies for your Trick-or-Treaters.  It is nice to have non-candy options and I think these pencil toppers are a great idea.

I used some adorable Moxxie paper from my stash to make this mom & daughter layout. I used leftover bits and pieces for embellishments and added some stamping to finish it off. Enjoy!
